About Us

Our Story

Meet Easton

Co-Founder | Professional Dance Instructor

I started dancing when I was nine years old in Boston, Massachusetts, alongside my little sister. I fell in love with it pretty quickly, and even after she decided to stop, I knew I wasn't ready to give it up. Dance became a big part of my life, especially during some of the hardest times I went through. It gave me a place to escape, have fun, and just be myself when I needed it most. When I was 16, I started teaching dance in Worcester, Massachusetts. I loved being able to share something that had meant so much to me, and I wanted my students to experience that same feeling. To me, dance has never been just about learning steps. It's about building confidence, making connections, and having a place where you can feel comfortable being yourself. As I continued teaching, I realized there were things about the traditional studio model that I didn't agree with. I never wanted students to feel like they were just another paycheck. I wanted people to feel like they mattered, and when I realized I couldn't create that kind of environment where I was, I decided to take a different path. That's what led me to VYBE. I want to build a studio where people can walk through the door without feeling intimidated or out of place. You don't need experience, a partner, or any natural talent to get started. We'll meet you where you are, make learning fun, and help you find your confidence along the way. At the end of the day, I want VYBE to be the kind of place that dance was for me: somewhere you can let go, have fun, meet good people, and feel like you belong. If we can give even a little bit of that feeling to someone else, then we're doing something right.

Our Story

Meet Tina

Co-Founder | Business & Operations

I've always loved dancing, but when I took my first ballroom lesson at 43, it had been 20 years since I'd taken a dance class. Ballroom was completely new to me. I'd spent those years being a wife, raising my sons, and building a career I could be proud of. I loved the life I'd built, but I was ready to make room for something that was just for me.

What started as a hobby quickly became a passion. Before I knew it, I was taking lessons, practicing, and competing. Dance challenged me, pushed me outside my comfort zone, and reminded me that it's never too late to rediscover something you love. More than anything, it brought me a kind of joy I hadn't expected.

Along the way, I learned that the experience surrounding dance matters just as much as the dancing itself. Walking into a studio for the first time can feel intimidating. I believe everyone deserves to feel welcomed, supported, and valued, no matter their age, background, or experience. Dance should bring people together, not make anyone feel like they don't belong.

Professionally, I'm an RN with an MBA and years of experience in healthcare leadership and business management. I've spent my career leading teams, managing operations, and helping organizations grow. I never imagined I'd get to bring those skills to something I genuinely love.

That's what makes partnering with Easton to create VYBE so meaningful. He brings years of professional dance and teaching experience, while I bring the business perspective and the firsthand experience of discovering ballroom as an adult. We share a vision for a studio that feels different.

I want VYBE to be a place where you can learn, laugh, challenge yourself, and make connections without feeling judged or pressured. Whether your goal is social dancing, competition, or simply trying something new, I want you to feel that you belong here.
